Career

Ajay Singh Tomar holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and an MBA. Over three decades in the automotive industry, he has held engineering and technology leadership roles at Indian and global multinationals.

Writing

He began writing at twelve with Hindi poetry, contributing technical articles to engineering journals and NGO newsletters in Hindi and English. He has also composed over a hundred songs on relationships and social issues.

Fiction

Drawing on his technical background and interest in history, forensic science, criminal investigation, and human psychology, he brings the same rigor to fiction. Nothing in the Blood, his debut, is a literary investigative thriller that weaves together police procedure, forensic science, legal drama, and suspense against a contemporary Indian backdrop.

Life

He enjoys cricket, spirituality, mythology, and reading. He lives in Greater Noida with his family and is writing his next novel, Draupadi’s Ledger, an investigative thriller inspired by Indian mythology.

Deeply fascinated by the nuances of human behavior, interpersonal relationships, and decision-making, Dr. Singh’s work examines workplace gender equity, organizational dynamics, ethical recruitment, and the impact of artificial intelligence on leadership and education.

She lives in Greater Noida with her family, where she is currently writing her debut non-fiction book exploring the hidden forces that shape human action and choices.
